Why dealerships choose us

We already speak dealer

General IT companies learn the car business on your time. We start on day one knowing your systems, your vendors and where technology gets in the way.

Compliance

FTC Safeguards Rule, handled

Dealerships that arrange financing are covered by the FTC Safeguards Rule. We put the required protections in place and keep them current, working alongside compliance platforms like ComplyAuto and KPA.

  • Written information security program
  • Multi-factor authentication with tools like Duo
  • Email security and encryption of customer data
  • Risk assessments and ongoing monitoring
  • Employee training and an incident response plan

California CARS Act · in effect Oct 1, 2026

Records the CARS Act requires, kept and easy to find

California's Combating Auto Retail Scams Act (SB 766) requires dealers to keep compliance records for at least two years, including the emails and texts around a deal. We make sure your email, document storage and backups capture those records, keep them secure and let you pull them up when a regulator or customer asks.

  • Two-year retention for email and text communications
  • Secure storage for signed deal, financing and lease documents
  • Backups so cancellation, refund and complaint records aren't lost
  • Searchable archives for fast retrieval
  • Coordination with your DMS, forms and compliance vendors

Vendors

We know who to call

When something breaks between your network and your DMS, we already have the contacts. We speak the vendor's language and stay on it until it's fixed.

Savings

Lower monthly IT costs

Our IT audits compare vendors, find duplicate services you're paying for twice, and cut what you don't need.

Construction

Remodels without the chaos

We plan cabling, networking and cutover for renovations and expansions so the store opens with everything working.

Experience

15+ years in dealerships

We've spent our careers in dealership IT, across nine manufacturer brands, and we're fully versed in OEM infrastructure guidelines.

Questions dealers ask

FAQ

Do you work with our DMS and CRM?

Almost certainly. We work with CDK, Tekion, Reynolds & Reynolds, DealerTrack, Cox Automotive, VinSolutions and eLeads, and we have established contacts at the major vendors. When an issue sits between your network and your DMS, we handle the vendor call.

What does the FTC Safeguards Rule mean for my dealership?

Dealerships that arrange financing are treated as financial institutions under the rule, so you need safeguards such as multi-factor authentication, encryption of customer data, a written security program and staff training. We put those protections in place and keep them current.

How does the California CARS Act affect our IT?

The CARS Act (SB 766), in effect since October 1, 2026, requires dealers to keep records such as signed deal documents, add-on documentation, cancellations, refunds, complaints and related written communications for at least two years. That means your email, texting, file storage and backups need to retain and protect those records. We set that up and work with your compliance providers, such as ComplyAuto and KPA.

How hard is it to switch from our current IT provider?

We manage the transition for you: documenting your systems, moving email and accounts, and coordinating with your phone, internet and DMS vendors. We schedule the work around your sales calendar so the store keeps selling.

Can you actually lower our monthly IT costs?

Often, yes. Our IT audit compares what you pay each vendor, finds duplicate services and flags contracts worth renegotiating. The audit is free.

We're planning a remodel or a new building. When should we bring you in?

As early as possible, ideally during design. We manage cabling, networking, phones, cameras and cutover during construction so the store opens with everything working.

Do you handle things beyond computers?

Yes. We support phones, security cameras, credit card processing, key machines, PA and music systems, and printers. We also design logos, brochures, business cards and digital signage content.
